ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Ms Jasline Hong was an alumnus of Raffles Girls' School and Raffles Junior College and had taught at the JC division of Raffles Institution for several years before going on to be the subject head of the Physics Department in Raffles Institution. She was a multiple Dean's Lister and had attained a Masters degree in Physics.
Having carved a reputation in her insistence to provide effective physics help to students with only sincerity and no gimmicks, by popular demand, she has expanded The Learners Council to provide quality help to students in other subjects. Under Ms Hong's leadership, TLC believes in nothing less than her students' success.
Having inspired students who have gone on to fulfill their dreams in overseas universities, former students also have nominated Ms Hong as an inspirational teacher, winning an international award in "Inspiring Teachers" from Imperial College in 2017.
